Spicy immunitini with honey, ginger, lemon, and turmeric for a healthy cocktail twist.
Ingredients:
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice, plus lemon slices, to serve
  • 3 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 dried chilli
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 90ml vodka
  • Orange juice, to top
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, chili, turmeric, and 2 tablespoons of water. Simmer for 3 minutes until it thickens into a syrup. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Pour the syrup into a cocktail shaker, then add ice and vodka. Shake vigorously, strain into 2 martini glasses, top with orange juice, and garnish with lemon slices before serving.
