Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Effortlessly cook corn on the cob in a multicooker while you attend to other dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 2 cups water
Instructions:
  • Peel off the husk and remove the silk from the corn.
  • Fill your multi-functional pressure cooker with water and add the steamer basket. Arrange 2 ears of corn in the basket horizontally and stack the remaining 2 ears perpendicular to the first ones. Seal the lid securely and close the vent.
  • Choose the Meat/Stew setting and program the timer for 2 minutes, then patiently wait for the pressure to naturally build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
