Inwood Market Burger: Bursting with bell pepper, sun-dried tomato, green onions, and garlic for a delicious bite of urban farm freshness.
Ingredients:
1poundground beef
4soft sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2green onions, finely chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced
0.5green bell pepper, chopped
3tablespoons bread crumbs
1dashWorcestershire sauce
1dashhot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
1teaspoonvegetable oil
8English muffins, split and toasted
Instructions:
Combine beef, sun-dried tomato, green onions, garlic, bell pepper, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to mix well. Shape the mixture into 8 patties that are 1/2-inch thick.
1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Cook burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side for well done, until an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F (70°C) when inserted into the center.
3. Serve on toasted English muffins.
