Inwood Market Burger: Bursting with bell pepper, sun-dried tomato, green onions, and garlic for a delicious bite of urban farm freshness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 soft sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 English muffins, split and toasted
Instructions:
  • Combine beef, sun-dried tomato, green onions, garlic, bell pepper, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use your hands to mix well. Shape the mixture into 8 patties that are 1/2-inch thick.
  • 1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Cook burgers for 5 to 6 minutes per side for well done, until an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F (70°C) when inserted into the center. 3. Serve on toasted English muffins.
