Kid-friendly baked chicken thighs - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C and generously grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs and ranch dressing in a bowl; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Coat chicken thighs in egg mixture, then breadcrumbs; place on baking sheet.
  • Roast the chicken thighs until fully cooked, around 50 to 60 minutes, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
