Delightful side dish with unique flavors and textures.
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 30g walnut
  • 35g breadcrumbs
  • 200g Italian flat beans, halved lengthways
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, toast walnuts and breadcrumbs in hot oil, tossing for 2-3 minutes until crisp and golden.
  • Blanch the beans in a pot of salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green and al dente. Drain thoroughly.
  • Arrange the beans elegantly on a platter, then generously drizzle with zesty lemon juice. Next, sprinkle with rich blue cheese and crunchy walnut crumbs. Serve promptly to enjoy at its best.
