Loaded Italian nachos with sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers, gooey mozzarella, and zesty pizza sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 (7-1/2 ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 (2 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers, drained
  • 1.25 cups pizza sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  • Break apart the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté and stir until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  • Spread out the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Layer with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and banana peppers. Broil until cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
