Jac's Ground Chicken Lasagna

Indulge in this flavorful ground chicken lasagna paired with a Caesar salad and crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
1poundground chicken
2clovesgarlic, minced, or to taste
1 (24 ounce) jarmarinara sauce
0.5 cupdry red wine
0.5 cupwater
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
2cups shreddedmozzarella cheese
1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2eggs, beaten
2teaspoons dried basil, or to taste
2teaspoons dried parsley, or to taste
9no-boil lasagna noodles
aluminum foil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté ground chicken until browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic, sauté briefly. Stir in marinara sauce, red wine, and water. Simmer until heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, and parsley in a bowl.
Layer 1/4 of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish, add 3 noodles and spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat twice, then finish with the remaining meat sauce. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
After baking for 1 hour, take off the foil and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Continue baking without the foil until the cheese is melted and bubbling, around 5 more minutes.
