Combine ground beef, ketchup, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings for a flavorful meatloaf.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.75 cup ketchup, divided
  • 1 tablespoon salt-free seasoning blend
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and gently grease a baking pan.
  • Combine ground beef, eggs, panko, and 1/2 cup of ketchup in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand, then add salt-free seasoning blend, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to season. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer to a baking pan. Finish by drizzling the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup on top.
  • Roast in a preheated oven for 1 hour until reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
