Indulge in a cozy jaffa hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and orange zest.
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre milk
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tsp grated navel orange rind
  • 86.63 gm navel orange juice
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Chopped Jaffas, to serve
  • Chocolate dessert sauce, to drizzle
  • Dutch-processed cocoa, to dust
  • Extra grated navel orange rind, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat. Stir in the chocolate, orange zest, and orange juice. Whisk continuously for 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Evenly distribute the milk mixture among four serving glasses. Quickly layer with cream and Jaffas, then drizzle with chocolate sauce. Finish with a dusting of cocoa and a sprinkle of extra rind. Serve promptly to enjoy.
