Indulgent chocolate bark infused with coffee beans for a delicious caffeine kick. Perfect treat for coffee enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup roasted whole coffee beans
  • 1 (11.5 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening, or more if desired
  • 11.5 ounces dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x14-inch baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  • Add the coffee beans to a food processor and pulse briefly until lightly chopped.
  • Combine milk chocolate and shortening in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently for about 5 minutes until melted and smooth. Add coffee beans and mix until coated.
  • Spread the luscious milk chocolate mixture evenly on the baking sheet and chill in the fridge.
  • Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring often and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula for about 5 minutes. Stir in shortening until chocolate is smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over chilled milk chocolate mixture, ensuring it covers the surface evenly. Chill until firm, around 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the silicone mat from the chocolate mixture and transfer it to a work surface. Use a sharp knife to cut it into pieces, allowing the bark to crack naturally.
