Jan's Homemade Sriracha Butter

Spicy sriracha honey butter for grilled dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine butter, sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl, stirring with a rubber spatula until smoothly blended.
  • Place the butter mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, then roll it into a log shape and twist the ends of the plastic to secure it tightly. Refrigerate until firm for about 1 hour. Slice the log into 1/4-inch pats and place on a chilled plate.
