Moist banana bread with sour cream and sliced bananas for extra tenderness and intense banana taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions:
  • 1. Get all the ingredients together. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 3. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, smoothly mix together sugar and melted butter. Add in eggs and vanilla, combining well. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  • Gently combine banana slices, sour cream, and walnuts, then place mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Allow the loaf to rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then gently flip it onto a wire rack to cool to perfection.
