Peanut butter blossoms, a quick and easy treat loved by all, with a secret ingredient - baking mix!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick ®)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
- 0.75 cup peanut butter (such as Jif®)
- 0.25 cup white sugar, or as needed
- 30 unwrapped milk chocolate candy kisses (such as Hershey's Kisses®), or as needed
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine baking mix, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Spread a layer of sugar on a plate. Coat balls with sugar until fully covered and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake until edges are lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Press candy kiss into the center of each cookie and cool on a wire rack.
