Succulent ground turkey Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 cups peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar turkey gravy
  • 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) while lightly greasing a 2-quart casserole dish or a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Crumble in the ground turkey, then add the carrots. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink, about 5-10 minutes. Stir in the corn, green beans, and gravy, then mix well. Keep warm and set aside.
  • Follow the instructions on the stuffing mix package. Combine cream of mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, and cranberries with the stuffing.
  • Transfer the turkey and vegetables into the baking dish. Dollop generous spoonfuls of stuffing on top until the vegetables are fully hidden.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is lightly browned. Switch the oven to broil and crisp the top for 5 minutes. Enjoy your delicious dish!
