Upgrade your Waldorf salad with sweet pears, raisins, and cranberries for a delightful twist on the classic!
Ingredients:
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and diced
  • 1 Asian pear, cored and cubed
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1.5 cups sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1.25 cups plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine apples, pear, celery, almonds, raisins, grapes, and cranberries in a large bowl. Mix yogurt, both sugars, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Drizzle dressing over fruit and toss gently to coat evenly.
