Delight with creamy peanut butter fudge on your festive platter.
Ingredients:
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter or margarine
  • 0.66666668653488 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
  • 1.6666666269302 cups Jif® Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Spread
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Cover a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with aluminum foil and generously coat with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat until it reaches a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
  • Add creamy, velvety peanut butter, stirring until fully incorporated. Next, introduce fluffy marshmallow creme and aromatic vanilla, beating until everything is perfectly blended together.
  • Smoothly transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Allow it to cool.
  • Cut ingredients into bite-sized pieces, then store in an airtight container.
