Creamy, crunchy hash brown casserole - a versatile side for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.5 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash-brown potatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup crushed corn flakes
Instructions:
  • Combine soup, sour cream, butter, potatoes, onion, cheese, and black pepper in a 3-quart baking dish. Top with corn flakes.
  • Roast at 350 degrees F until piping hot, approximately 45 minutes.
