**Montana Campfire Breakfast:** Hot dogs, potatoes, and beans cooked together, now perfect for any kitchen. Top with cheese and serve with crusty bread.
Ingredients:
  • 8 beef frankfurters
  • 3 red potatoes, cubed
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans baked beans
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cut each frankfurter into 5 or 6 pieces and cook in the skillet over medium-high heat until nicely browned. Set aside once done.
  • After greasing the skillet once more, place it back on the heat and add the potatoes. Cook covered over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the potatoes are tender and slightly browned, toss in the beans and cooked frankfurters. Season generously with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Heat until everything is warmed through.
