Jo's white Christmas slice recipe

A delightful blend of rice bubbles, cherries, and white chocolate create a scrumptious no-bake white Christmas treat. Perfect for gifting or indulging in the festive season.
Ingredients:
  • 500g white chocolate melts
  • 375.00 ml rice bubbles
  • 100g glace cherries, halved
  • 160g almonds, roasted, halved
  • 160g sultanas
  • 90g desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 30cm x 20cm baking pan by lining it with baking paper. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (ensure bowl doesn't touch the water), then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Transfer the mixture into the pan, pressing it down with a large metal spoon. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours until firm.
  • Transfer the slice onto a chopping board. Use a knife that has been soaked in hot water to cut it into squares. Serve.
