Quick and easy banana bread made with ripe bananas and pantry staples. Warning: you'll want to make a double batch!
Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • First, collect all of the ingredients needed for the recipe. Next, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, blend ripe bananas, sugar, egg, and butter. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda, then fold into the banana mixture until just combined.
  • Mix in the salt and smoothly transfer the batter into the loaf pan that has been prepared.
  • Bake until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center, around 1 hour in the preheated oven.
