Create quick, crispy pork chops by coating with seasoned salt and flour before pan-frying. Perfect for busy weeknights!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 thin-cut, boneless pork loin chops
  • 0.5 cup canola oil
Instructions:
  • Thoroughly combine flour, seasoned salt, and pepper in a wide bowl.
  • Coat both sides of the pork chops with the flour mixture, then place them on a plate.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Test with a pinch of flour; it should sizzle. Cook 2 pork chops until golden brown outside and no longer pink inside, 3 to 4 minutes each side. Repeat with remaining chops.
