Kahala's Shrimp and Broccoli Toss

Delicate shrimp and vibrant broccoli in a light, buttery sauce over pasta.
Ingredients:
1bunchbroccoli florets
1 (16 ounce) packageuncooked angel hair pasta
0.25 cupmargarine
2tablespoons olive oil
0.5 medium choppedonion
2tablespoons mincedgarlic
1pound small frozen shrimp, thawed
0.5 teaspoonsalt
0.5 teaspoonfreshly groundblack pepper
0.25 cupshreddedmozzarella cheese
Instructions:
First, bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Next, cook the broccoli for 5 minutes until it is just tender. Drain the broccoli and set it aside for later use.
Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil, cook angel hair pasta for 4 minutes until al dente, then drain.
In a skillet, heat the margarine and olive oil until sizzling. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add broccoli and shrimp, stirring until warmed. Combine with cooked pasta, season generously with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cheese before serving.
