Enhance your meals with sweet cornbread muffins - perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1.5 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease an 8-inch square pan.
  • In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Gently fold in cornmeal.
  • In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking powder, and salt with a gentle sift. Gradually mix flour mixture with milk into butter mixture until fully incorporated. Transfer batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
