Refreshingly sweet Egyptian hibiscus tea, perfect for breaking the fast in Ramadan.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup dried hibiscus petals
  • 1.5 quarts boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a pot, add hibiscus flowers and cover with boiling water. Sweeten as desired, let cool, strain, and transfer to a pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator until cold.
