Slow cooker balsamic chicken with soy, lemon, honey, garlic, and sesame. Serve over jasmine rice for a flavor-packed meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) whole chicken, skin removed
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Instructions:
  • De-skin the chicken and remove the inner contents. Dry the chicken with a paper towel and transfer it into the slow cooker.
  • Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl. Pour over chicken and cover.
  • Slow cook chicken on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
