Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 2 teaspoons ground white pepper
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, sugar, and white pepper. Heat and stir over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
  • Whisk water and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to the saucepan and simmer until thickened, approximately 5 minutes.
