Spice up your meal with baked jalapenos stuffed with flavorful cream cheese - perfect for a tasty appetizer or side dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound mild pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese, cubed
  • 15 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage, and cook until nicely browned. Drain the sausage and return the skillet to the heat. Stir in the cream cheese until fully melted, then remove from heat.
  • Distribute the sausage mixture evenly among the jalapeno halves on the baking sheet; top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook in the preheated oven until the peppers are tender and the tops are gently golden, around 30 minutes.
