Korean macaroni salad with zesty white pepper, jalapeño, and green onions - simple and tasty.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon white pepper
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Instructions:
  • Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil, add macaroni, and cook for 8 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, green onions, and jalapeño peppers in a large bowl. Add macaroni and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
