Inject roast with flavorful garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce using a baster. Easily adjust recipe quantities.
Ingredients:
  • 5 pounds rib roast
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon browning sauce
  • 1.5 cups water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 450°F (230°C).
  • Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion salt, browning sauce, and water in a medium bowl. Put the roast in a roasting pan, ribs side down, and pierce the meat deeply with a knife. Pour the marinade over the roast. Squeeze the marinade from the bowl into the holes and all over the roast using a baster.
  • Bake until juicy and tender, around 1 hour (adjust to 40-45 minutes for a smaller roast to keep it succulent).
  • Take the roast out of the oven and lower the oven temperature to 200°F (95°C).
  • Return the roast to the oven once it reaches 200 degrees F (95 degrees C and cook for 18 to 22 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (65 degrees C).
