Curry-spiced deviled eggs with sweet pickle relish for a vibrant twist on a classic appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika for garnish
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan in a single layer and cover with water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then let stand for 15 minutes before draining. Cool the eggs under cold running water, peel, and halve lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder, parsley, pickle relish, and pepper with egg yolks. Fill the egg white halves with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate before serving.
