Indulge in creamy, nostalgic bread pudding with a twist of fruity goodness for a satisfying dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 150ml Crème Fraîche
  • 150ml Thickened Cream
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 6 croissants
  • 42.50 gm sultanas
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 160C for perfect temperature before baking.
  • Combine crème fraîche with thickened cream in a bowl, whisk until smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs, and milk.
  • Slice the croissants and neatly arrange in rows in the dish, then generously sprinkle with sultanas.
  • Drizzle the luscious egg mixture onto the croissants and bake until beautifully golden and fully set, about 35-40 minutes.
