Create a seasonal nectarine, plum, and raspberry cobbler for a simple, delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 3 nectarines, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 tart plums, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 pint fresh raspberries
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.66666668653488 cup cold unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Arrange the nectarine and plum pieces in a 13x9-inch baking dish, then add the raspberries on top. Combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter until it forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the fruit and raspberries.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, rotate dish for even cooking. Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes. If crumb topping is pale, broil for 1-3 minutes to brown.
