Create a seasonal nectarine, plum, and raspberry cobbler for a simple, delicious dessert.
Ingredients:
3nectarines, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
3tart plums, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
0.5 pintfresh raspberries
0.75 cupwhite sugar
0.25 cup packed brown sugar
1teaspoonground ginger
0.5 teaspoonground cinnamon
0.66666668653488 cupcold unsalted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
Arrange the nectarine and plum pieces in a 13x9-inch baking dish, then add the raspberries on top. Combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter until it forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the fruit and raspberries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, rotate dish for even cooking. Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes. If crumb topping is pale, broil for 1-3 minutes to brown.
