Create a fun and tasty raspberry ice cream jelly dessert with the kids!
Ingredients:
  • 9g Original Strawberry Jelly Crystals
  • 250.00 gm boiling water
  • 210g packet Aunt Betty’s chocolate fudge steamed puddings
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 4 scoops reduced-fat vanilla frozen yoghurt
  • 4 scoops reduced-fat strawberry frozen yoghurt
  • NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS, to serve
  • Chocolate wafer sticks, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heatproof jug, combine jelly crystals with boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Mix in 1 cup of cold water. Pour the mixture into a 3cm-deep, 16cm x 26cm slice pan and refrigerate for 4 hours until set. Cut the jelly into 2cm cubes before serving.
  • Break the puddings into small pieces and layer them with the sauce in four 1 1/2 cup-capacity glasses. Top each with half of the jelly, strawberries, raspberries, and a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt. Repeat the layers with the remaining jelly, strawberries, and raspberries. Finish off with a scoop of strawberry frozen yogurt, sprinkle with choc bits, and add wafer sticks before serving.
