Knudson's Knasty Habit

Cool off with the Cameron Collins cocktail, a creation from the Seattle labs of Victualia Omnia by Chunko the Magic Monkey.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 fluid ounces gin, such as Tanqueray®
  • 0.5 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 fluid ounce fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 fluid ounce simple syrup, or to taste
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 2 fluid ounces Knudsen's (sic) lemon-lime spritzer
  • 1 lime slice for garnish
Instructions:
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and a dash of bitters. Shake vigorously. Strain into a ice-filled highball glass. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir. Garnish with a lime slice. Enjoy.
