French-Canadian crepe filling: tangy-sweet blend of sour cream and brown sugar complements any fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 16 (7 inch) ready-to-use crepes
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Blend brown sugar and sour cream until smooth. Fill crepes with the mixture and add sliced bananas on top. Fold the crepes elegantly and dust with confectioners' sugar.
