Kurkuri Bhindi (Crispy Okra) in the Air Fryer

Crispy air-fried Indian spiced okra - Kurkuri Bhindi.
Ingredients:
2cups frozen cut okra, thawed
2tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
1teaspoonsalt, or to taste
1teaspoonred chili powder
1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonchaat masala
0.5 teaspoonamchoor (dried mango powder)
Instructions:
In a bowl, gently toss the thawed okra. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gram flour, salt, chili powder, coriander, chaat masala, cumin, and amchoor. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix with okra until fully coated. Transfer the coated okra to the air fryer basket.
Air fry the okra in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes. Flip the okra and continue cooking, flipping every 5 minutes, until crispy and cooked through, for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
