Ingredients:
0.5 cupolive oil
0.25 cuplemon juice
1pinchsalt
1pinchpepper
Instructions:
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously to blend well. Use to brush chicken or fish while cooking, reserving some for serving. Remember to shake or stir before each use.
