Ingredients:
  • 750g lean diced lamb
  • 161.25 gm plum sauce
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh chives
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 400g packet dry coleslaw mix
  • 123.75 gm mayonnaise
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Combine lamb, plum sauce, sesame seeds, and chives in a glass or ceramic bowl, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Skewer the lamb.
  • Prepare the barbecue plate or chargrill with a light coating of oil and heat on medium-high. Grill skewers for 2 to 3 minutes on each side for a medium cook, or until desired level of char and doneness is achieved.
  • Combine coleslaw, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and serve with kebabs.
