Delicious Maryland-style crab cakes with seafood seasoning, parsley, and mayonnaise for the perfect flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat
Instructions:
  • Combine egg, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, seafood seasoning, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl, using your hands. Tear bread into small pieces and mix into the egg mixture. Carefully fold in crabmeat, shape into 4 cakes, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Bake crab cakes for 30 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
