Tropical fruit salsa brings vibrant flavors to crispy tilapia - ideal for a refreshing summer meal.
Ingredients:
0.5fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped
0.5 poundstrawberries, quartered
3kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1 large mango - peeled, seeded and diced
0.5 cupgrape tomatoes
2tablespoons finely choppedfresh cilantro
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1.5 pounds tilapia fillets
0.5 teaspoonseasoned pepper blend
Instructions:
Combine the pineapple, strawberries, kiwifruit, mango, tomatoes, cilantro, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
