Mix together canola oil, sugar, water, balsamic vinegar, and ramen noodle seasoning until fully blended and sugar is dissolved.
Combine ramen noodles, broccoli slaw mix, and green onions in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad and allow it to rest for 30 minutes to 4 hours - less time for extra crunch, more time for softer noodles. Right before serving, mix in cashews and sunflower seeds and toss the salad once more.
