Creamy turkey stroganoff with ground turkey and mushroom soup over egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a rapid boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender but still slightly firm, about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
  • As the noodles simmer, warm oil in a spacious skillet over medium heat. Sauté turkey and onion until turkey is golden and crumbly, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in crumbled bouillon.
  • Combine condensed soup and water in a small bowl, then pour the mixture into the skillet. Cook while stirring occasionally until heated through, approximately 5 minutes. Season with paprika and salt. Serve over warm egg noodles.
