Creamy turkey stroganoff with ground turkey and mushroom soup over egg noodles.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) packageuncookedegg noodles
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1poundground turkey
1tablespoonmincedonion
1cubechicken bouillon, crumbled
1 (10.5 ounce) cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
0.5 cupwater
1tablespoonpaprika
salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a rapid boil. Add egg noodles and cook until tender but still slightly firm, about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
As the noodles simmer, warm oil in a spacious skillet over medium heat. Sauté turkey and onion until turkey is golden and crumbly, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Mix in crumbled bouillon.
Combine condensed soup and water in a small bowl, then pour the mixture into the skillet. Cook while stirring occasionally until heated through, approximately 5 minutes. Season with paprika and salt. Serve over warm egg noodles.
