Flavorful Asian-Moroccan skewers to elevate your BBQ.
Ingredients:
  • 131.25 gm lemon juice
  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 20.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • 700g diced lamb
  • 2 red onions, cut into 8 wedges (leave root intact)
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into 3cm pieces
  • Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Mix together the refreshing lemon juice, aromatic coriander, and flavorful Moroccan seasoning in a glass or ceramic dish. Add the succulent lamb and gently stir until evenly coated. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld deliciously.
  • Preheat the barbecue plate to medium-high heat. Skewer lamb, onion, and capsicum. Spray with oil. Grill, rotating every 2 minutes and basting with marinade, for 8 minutes until cooked as desired. Serve and enjoy!
