Tarragon adds a surprising twist to this irresistible cake loved by both kids and adults - a must-have recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl, then stir in powdered tarragon. Create a well in the center and add lemon-lime soda, lemon juice, eggs, and oil. Mix on low speed until combined. Scrape the bowl, then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place your creation in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then gracefully transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
