Ingredients:

8 limes
750.00 ml vodka
125.00 ml mint leaves, torn
62.50 ml sugar syrup
1000.00 ml ice cubes
2 litres ginger beer, chilled

Instructions:

Juice 5 limes and chop the remaining 3 limes. Mix vodka, 3/4 cup lime juice, chopped lime, mint, and sugar syrup in a large jug.
Split the ice cubes and vodka lime mixture evenly among 12 tall glasses. Finish by pouring ginger beer over each glass. Enjoy immediately.
