Irresistible bite-sized Big Mac sliders with crispy cheese edges, served with tangy dipping sauce - a delicious crossover between grilled cheese and lasagna.
Ingredients:
  • 1pound ground sirloin
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 24 dill pickle slices
  • sesame seeds, to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground sirloin until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, for about 5 minutes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute, then set aside.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion powder, paprika, vinegar, sugar, and remaining salt and pepper in a bowl. Chill dipping sauce until serving.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese into each muffin cup, ensuring it coats the sides. Fill the cups evenly with the meat mixture and top with onion. Place a pickle slice in each cup and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  • Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Let the dish rest in the pan for 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels. Sprinkle with additional sesame seeds if desired and enjoy with a side of Big Mac dipping sauce.
