Transform Rice Bubble treats into adorable Easter egg nests with Caramilk chocolate. Kids can help shape the nests and add sprinkles for a fun Easter activity. Bursting with crispy, gooey goodness - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 180g pkt Caramilk chocolate, chopped
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 125g (3 1/2 cups) Rice Bubbles
  • 45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut
  • 4 x 41.5g packets Mini Eggs, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Place paper cases in twelve 80ml (1/3 cup) muffin pans.
  • In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, combine the Caramilk chocolate and coconut oil. Stir occasionally until smooth and fully melted.
  • In a large bowl, mix Rice Bubbles and coconut, then create a well in the center. Pour in the Caramilk mixture and stir well to combine. Spoon the mixture into paper cases, then use a teaspoon to hollow out the center slightly to form a 'nest'. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
  • Remove the nests from the muffin pan, then crack 3-4 eggs into each nest and serve.
