Creamy, flavorful baked chicken with sour cream and packaged soups.
Ingredients:
seasoning salt to taste
1tablespoonolive oil
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (1 ounce) packagedry onion soup mix
Instructions:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the chicken breasts to taste with seasoning salt. Sear the chicken in olive oil in a large skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Place the chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix sour cream, chicken soup, and dry onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
