Indulgent lobster soup with a creamy blend of flavors from onions, fresh parsley, and celery in a rich broth with milk and cream. An absolute crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 2.5 cups lobster meat
  • 4.5 cups milk
  • 1.5 onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch celery flakes
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 0.75 cup light cream
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt margarine. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and celery flakes until well blended. Gradually mix in milk and chicken stock. Cook and stir for 10 minutes. Add lobster, onion, and parsley. Cook and stir until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
  • Adjust the cream to reach your desired consistency, then warm up the dish and season as needed.
