Elevate peanut butter cookies with chocolate candy using Betty Crocker® mix for a simple twist.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg
- Sugar
- 36 Hershey's® Kisses® Brand milk chocolate or Hugs® white and milk chocolate, unwrapped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a medium bowl until dough is formed.
- Roll the dough into 36 (1-inch) balls, coat them in sugar, and then arrange them 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden. Quickly press 1 milk chocolate candy into the center of each cookie. Transfer from baking sheets and let cool completely for about 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
